The lakehouse is conveniently located within 15 minutes of shopping centers like Walmart in Brewer and Bangor and less than an hour day trip to Bar Harbor, Mount Desert Island, Maine's Acadia National Park, and the rest of Downeast Maine. About 25 minutes to Bangor International Airport.

Eddie’s place was fantastic! This was our first time in Maine, and this place definitely helped make it as magical as we thought it would be. The dock was a great added bonus! Our two dogs loved the space to run around. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a little getaway!

This was the perfect place for our family’s Maine get away. The cabin spacious, comfortable and we loved canoeing the lake and sitting around the fire pit. Ideally located for jaunts into Acadia, Camden, Belfast…etc. Eddie is a great host; proactive communicator and had everything ready for our arrival. It was wonderful. Can’t wait to do it again. Highly recommended!!!

The place was great! Plenty of room for all 4 of us to do our own things if we chose to. Beautiful sites and atmosphere! Eddie was easy to deal with and very helpful whenever I had any questions! I would definitely recommend both Eddie as a host and this house for a great Maine getaway!!

From the start Eddie made us feel like we were so welcomed! The place is spacious and beautiful! So was the back yard and dock area. He had all the bells and whistles to make us feel comfy and we lacked for nothing! I used his House Manual for places to eat and visit. He contacted us right after we arrived to make sure we had all we needed and answered our questions immediately! Then, after a long day of roaming and eating (yum), the spa tub was just what we needed. Will I recommend this to others….well, only if you want to feel spoiled and very, very special. We had such a great stay! The place was comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip to Maine. The location was perfect & we loved having the pond right there, it made the stay feel extra relaxing and scenic. It was quiet and peaceful when we wanted downtime. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Find us

You'll want a car to explore any surrounding areas, but you also would have all you need to enjoy a week right at the house. This area of Maine does not have consistent rideshare service. If you need help with coordinating transportation, let me know ahead of time.
