We stayed at the Lake House over the weekend for our daughter’s UMaine graduation and it was so nice to come back to after a very long day. The bedrooms and living area all have beautiful views of Long Pond and hearing the Loons at night is one of my favorite things and an added bonus. Unfortunately, the weather was not the greatest so we did not get to enjoy the outside, but it has a wonderful big fire pit area with more than enough Adirondack chairs to sit a good size crowd. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. All in all we had a wonderful stay for our daughter’s graduation and we would definitely recommend the lake house.

Book this place now, I highly recommend it. This place is not only beautiful, but peaceful. The property is beautifully maintained, with stunning views of the water that made mornings especially relaxing. The location is perfect if you’re looking for quiet and private to unwind, yet still close to local spots. The host was very responsive and friendly, making the whole experience smooth.

Eddie is a perfect host! He strikes that prefect balance between giving guests their privacy and making sure they have all they need. I never had to wait long for a response from him when I had a question, and all of the communication he sent prior to our arrival was very helpful. The house is a gem. It was the perfect spot to land while we explored Acadia National Park with friends. It had space for us to spread out, a fire ring, a canoe and kayaks, a kitchen stocked with the basics, washer/dryer - everything we expected, plus some thoughtful extras, like blankets, sound machines, a lovely picture book for the kids to enjoy, and some games. The view from the back of the house is gorgeous. It was worth it for that view alone! Thank you, Eddie, for your hospitality! We 100% recommend your place to anyone looking for accommodations in the area.

It was beyond our expectations. The sunrise and sunset was beautiful. Every room has a spectacular view of the lake and the suns beauty. Eddie always kept in contact with us. We will be back with a larger group next time. Well worth it. Thank you.
